Mentoring Session are 60 minute video calls

This is a new offering with limited spaces available.

These calls will be an intuitive mix of Somatic Experiencing, deep-inquiry, and overall passion/purpose exploration.

We will explore your goals, passions, and life intentions, as well as the blockages that exist between you and the life you truly long to live.

This includes on-call text, email, and phone access for pre and post event support, on-call nervous system stablization, accountability action plans, health and well-being routines, and so much more.

Because this offering is time-limited, we will be working within a strong intentional container, aiming to take you to that next level in your life.

This is my most exciting offering yet, as it is jam packed with more value than the price reflects, and will challenge us both to go beyond the confines of habit patterning and conditions.
